THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR A LARGE PART OF ARKANSAS.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON THROUGH TONIGHT

HOT AND HUMID CONDITIONS WILL ONCE AGAIN BE ACROSS SOUTH AND PARTS
OF WEST ARKANSAS TODAY. HEAT INDEX VALUES OF 105 TO 110 DEGREES ARE
EXPECTED IN THESE AREAS...AND A HEAT ADVISORY IS IN EFFECT.
SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE SEEN THIS AFTERNOON TO
EVENING OVER PARTS OF WESTERN TO SOUTHWESTERN ARKANSAS. A FEW STRONG
STORMS MAY BE SEEN...BUT COVERAGE IS EXPECTED TO REMAIN ISOLATED.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY

THE COOLER TEMPERATURES ARE EXPECTED THROUGH SATURDAY. HOWEVER...
THE HOT TEMPERATURES WILL REUTRN SUNDAY. DRIER AIR SHOULD REMAIN IN
PLACE WHERE HEAT INDEX VALUES ARE NOT EXPECTED TO BE AS HIGH AS SEEN
EARLIER THIS WEEK.
