.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

NO HAZARDOUS WEATHER IS EXPECTED.

HOWEVER...DUE TO THE RECENT HEAVY RAINFALL...THE LEVELS OF AREA
RIVERS AND LAKES WILL BE EFFECTED. ARKANSANS ARE REMINDED TO MONITOR
THE LATEST HYDROLOGIC FORECASTS THE NEXT FEW DAYS CONCERNING THIS
DEVELOPING SITUATION.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY

UNSETTLED WEATHER CONDITIONS WILL CONTINUE THROUGH MUCH OF THE
PERIOD. SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL REMAIN POSSIBLE. A
FEW STRONG OR SEVERE STORMS CANNOT BE RULED OUT AS WELL EACH
AFTERNOON...BUT WIDESPREAD SEVERE WEATHER IS NOT EXPECTED.

...Forecast flooding increased from Minor to Moderate severity...
The Flood Warning continues for
 The Arkansas River At Toad Suck Lock And Dam Tailwater.
* from this evening until further notice...Or until the warning is
  cancelled.
* At  3:00 AM Tuesday the tailwater elevation was 272.5 feet.
* Moderate flooding is forecast.
* Flood elevation is 275.0 feet.
* Forecast...Rise above flood elevation by Tuesday evening and continue
  to rise to near 278.4 feet by Thursday afternoon.
* Impact at 277.0 feet...Additional residences in Toad Suck Community
  are affected along the right descending bank near State Highway 60
  Bridge. Extensive farmlands along the river in Perry, Conway, and
  Faulkner counties inundated.
* Impact...at 278.0 feet...Lollie Community affected. Additional
  farmlands in Faulkner County flooded by backwater up Palarm Creek
  and Tupelo Bayou.
