BECOME PERSISTENT AND WELL DEFINED FOR SEVERAL IMAGES. AN EYE
PATTERN IN DG WITH NO EYE ADJUSTMENT YIELDS A DT OF 4.5. MET HAS
BEEN RAISED 1.5 IN 24 HOURS BUT STILL COMES IN AT 3.5. PT IS 4.0.
CONSTRAINTS WOULD CAP THE FT OFF AT 3.5...BUT GIVEN THE PERSISTENCE
OF THE EYE...CONSTRAINTS WILL BE BROKEN. FT IS BASED ON PT AND SET
AT 4.0.
