For the Cow Creek, the following locations are included: Lyons.

Near Lyons:
* No flooding is forecast at this time.
* The 8 AM Monday stage was 15.1 feet and rising.
* The flood stage is 18.0 feet.
* It is forecast to crest around 17.3 feet early Tuesday afternoon.
* At 17.5 feet...Possible flooding of low-lying roads 6 miles
  southeast of Lyons along county roads affecting 20th Road between
  Avenue R and Avenue S and on 22nd Road between Avenue Q and Avenue
  V.Expect possible road closures at these sites. Flooding depends on
  other surrounding tributary creeks running full.
