MOUNTAINS...COASTAL FOOTHILLS...AND INLAND VALLEYS THROUGH
WEDNESDAY WITH STRONGEST WINDS FOR LATE TONIGHT INTO TUESDAY
MORNING. LOWEST DAYTIME HUMIDITIES WILL FALL BELOW 10 PERCENT
