...LARGE NORTHWEST SWELL THROUGH THIS WEEKEND...

A NORTHWEST SWELL 14 TO 18 FEET WITH A 18 SECOND PERIOD TODAY
NEAR SHORE WILL GRADUALLY SUBSIDE TONIGHT. SOME OF THIS LARGE
SWELL ENERGY WILL ALSO SPREAD INTO THE INNER COASTAL WATERS SOUTH
OF POINT CONCEPTION. DANGEROUS BREAKING WAVES WILL BE LIKELY AT
THE MORRO BAY HARBOR ENTRANCE...ESPECIALLY THROUGH THIS EVENING.
FOR THE VENTURA HARBOR...LARGE BREAKING WAVES WILL BE POSSIBLE
THROUGH TONIGHT.

THESE CONDITIONS HAVE A HISTORY OF CAPSIZING VESSELS OF VARIOUS
SIZES. PRIOR TO ENTERING HARBOR ENTRANCES...IT IS ADVISED TO
CONTACT LOCAL AUTHORITIES FOR THE LATEST WEATHER AND SEA
CONDITIONS FOR SAFE PASSING. FOR THE LATEST INFORMATION...CONTINUE
