.SYNOPSIS...
DEEP MONSOONAL FLOW WILL CONTINUE THROUGH MON MORNING AS A WEAK
INVERTED TROUGH MOVES NORTH OVER THE AREA. INSTABILITY ALOFT WILL
CONTINUE THE THREAT OF THUNDERSTORMS OVERNIGHT INTO MONDAY MORNING
WITH ISOLATED FLASH FLOODING POSSIBLE. DRIER...SOUTHWESTERLY FLOW WILL
DEVELOP ON MONDAY...WITH DECREASING THUNDERSTORM CHANCES WEST OF THE
MOUNTAINS...HOWEVER THE THREAT FOR HEAVY RAINFALL FROM THUNDERSTORMS
WILL PERSIST INTO THE AFTERNOON OVER THE SOME MOUNTAIN AND DESERT
AREAS. A FLASH FLOOD WATCH MAY BE NEEDED LATER TONIGHT INTO MONDAY
ACROSS MOST OF THE AREA.
