...THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN THIS AFTERNOON...

AN AREA OF THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE TO VERY SLOWLY MOVE EAST
FROM MOLINE THROUGH BURLINGTON AND KEOKUK. RAINFALL RATES WILL BE
HEAVY WITH THESE STORMS...AND AMOUNTS OVER 1 INCH IN AN HOUR ARE
LIKELY. THIS MAY CAUSE LOW VISIBILITIES...AS WELL AS MINOR
FLOODING ON AREA ROADS. AFTER THESE STORMS MOVE EAST...ONLY LIGHT
RAINFALL IS EXPECTED.
