...AREAS OF FOG...LOCALLY DENSE...TO IMPROVE BY MID DAY...

MILD MOIST AIR MOVING OVER THE COLD GROUND IS PRODUCING AREAS OF FOG
THIS MORNING. SOME OF THIS FOG IS LOCALLY DENSE WITH VISIBILITIES
REDUCED TO AS LOW AS ONE QUARTER OF MILE AT TIMES. THE FOG IS SLOWLY
IMPROVING...ANY WIDESPREAD SIGNIFICANT FOG SHOULD DIMINISH AND END BY
NOON WHERE VISIBILITIES WILL BE AT OR ABOVE 2 MILES IN MOST LOCATIONS.

MOTORISTS SHOULD ALLOW FOR EXTRA TIME...AND BE PREPARED FOR SUDDEN
CHANGES IN VISIBILITY.
