* LATEST STAGE: 10.8 FEET AT 11 AM WEDNESDAY.
* FLOOD STAGE: 20.0 FEET.
* BANKFULL AND CAUTION STAGE: 11.0 FEET.

* FORECAST: OSO CREEK FELL BELOW CAUTION STAGE JUST BEFORE
  11 AM THIS MORNING AND WILL CONTINUE A SLOW FALL. NO FURTHER
  STATEMENTS WILL BE ISSUED REGARDING THIS EVENT.
