* LATEST STAGE: 11.7 FEET AT 09 AM MONDAY.
* FLOOD AND BANKFULL STAGE: 21.0 FEET.
* CAUTION STAGE: 12.0 FEET.
* FORECAST: THE RIVER CRESTED AT 12.7 FEET JUST
  BEFORE MIDNIGHT LAST NIGHT AND FELL BELOW CAUTION
  STAGE AROUND SUNRISE THIS MORNING. THIS IS THE
  LAST FORECAST FOR THIS EVENT.
