...SCATTERED SHOWERS AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS TO CONTINUE TODAY...

A SURFACE TROUGH WILL MEANDER ACROSS THE NORTHWEST GULF OF MEXICO
TODAY RESULTING IN SCATTERED SHOWERS AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS
ACROSS THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS. SOME OF THE STORMS COULD
BECOME STRONG WITH WIND GUSTS UP TO 30 KNOTS AND HEAVY RAINFALL. A BRIEF
WATERSPOUT WILL ALSO BE POSSIBLE. THE HEAVY RAIN AND THE GUSTY
WINDS MAY MAKE NAVIGATION HAZARDOUS...WITH VISIBILITIES LOWERING
TO LESS THAN 1 NAUTICAL MILE.
