...STRONG ONSHORE FLOW CONTINUES ACROSS THE WATERS...

STRONG ONSHORE FLOW CONTINUE ACROSS THE BAYS AND GULF WATERS OF
THE MIDDLE TEXAS COAST AHEAD OF AN APPROACHING COLD FRONT.
SMALL CRAFT ADVISORIES REMAIN IN EFFECT WITH SOUTHERLY WINDS 20
TO 25 KNOTS...AND WITH GUSTS UP TO 30 KNOTS. HOWEVER...BRIEFLY AT
TIMES...GUSTS MAY APPROACH 35 KNOTS ESPECIALLY ALONG THE
SOUTHERN COASTAL LOCATIONS GENERALLY SOUTH OF PORT ARANSAS TO
BAFFIN BAY THROUGH THE LATE MORNING HOURS.
