KNOTS OR JUST ABOVE PROMPTING GULF SMALL CRAFT EXERCISE CAUTIONS
THROUGH SUNRISE. WINDS WILL WEAKEN AS NORTHERN GULF HIGH PRESSURE
EDGES INTO THE UPPER TEXAS COASTAL WATERS LATER THIS WEEK AND INTO
THE WEEKEND. THIS WILL PROVIDE LIGHT ONSHORE WINDS AND LOW SEAS
INTO EARLY NEXT WEEK.
