NORTH WINDS WILL BE STRENGTHENING TODAY IN THE WAKE OF AN OVERNIGHT
COLD FRONT. THESE ELEVATED WINDS AND SEAS OVER THE OFFSHORE WATERS
ARE EXPECTED TO BE BRIEF. A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY IS IN EFFECT FOR
THE COASTAL WATERS WITH EXERCISE CAUTION FLAGS FOR THE BAYS.
WINDS SHOULD DECREASE THIS EVENING AS HIGH PRESSURE BUILDS OVER
THE REGION. ONSHORE WINDS SET TO RETURN WEDNESDAY.
