.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
A WEAK TO MODERATE SOUTHERLY FLOW THIS EVENING WILL WEAKEN
OVERNIGHT...AS A COLD FRONT MOVES TOWARD SOUTH TEXAS. A STRONG
COLD FRONT WILL MOVE ACROSS THE COASTAL WATERS TUESDAY AFTERNOON
WITH STRONG OFFSHORE FLOW AND HAZARDOUS SEAS DEVELOPING IN ITS
WAKE. WIND SPEEDS WILL PEAK LATE TUESDAY AFTERNOON AND TUESDAY
NIGHT WITH OCCASIONAL GALE FORCE GUSTS POSSIBLE...MAINLY OVER THE
OFFSHORE WATERS. THE STRONG OFFSHORE FLOW WILL GRADUALLY DECREASE
IN INTENSITY WEDNESDAY AND EVENTUALLY BECOME A WEAK TO MODERATE
ONSHORE FLOW BY THURSDAY. A SECOND COLD FRONT CAN BE EXPECTED TO
MOVE THROUGH THE AREA SATURDAY WITH A MODERATE OFFSHORE FLOW
DEVELOPING IN ITS WAKE.
