HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES

.SYNOPSIS...HIGH PRESSURE WILL CONTINUE TO BUILD IN ACROSS THE
LOWER TEXAS GULF WATERS. WINDS WILL BEGIN TO DIMINISH LATE THIS AFTERNOON
AND EVENING AND THEN REMAIN LIGHT THROUGH THE WEEK. SEAS WILL REMAIN
RATHER TAME THROUGH THE WEEK PROVIDING FOR STABLE MARITIME CONDITIONS.
