.SYNOPSIS...HIGH PRESSURE WILL DOMINATE THE WESTERN GULF OF MEXICO
THROUGH MID WEEK...BRINGING LIGHT TO MODERATE WINDS AND SEAS. LOW
PRESSURE IS EXPECTED TO DEVELOP IN WEST TEXAS BY LATE IN THE DAY
WEDNESDAY...RESULTING IN A SLIGHT INCREASE IN WINDS AND SEAS DUE
TO THE HIGHER PRESSURE GRADIENT. A DISSIPATING FRONT IS EXPECTED
TO EASE INTO THE MARINE AREA TOWARD THE WEEKEND...INCREASING THE
CHANCE FOR SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS.
