.SYNOPSIS...WINDS HAVE TURNED SOUTHEAST AND ARE EXPECTED TO REMAIN
LIGHT OVERNIGHT. WINDS AND SEAS TO BEGIN INCREASING FROM THE SOUTH
TUESDAY BECOMING MODERATE WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY AS A MID LEVEL
LOW PRESSURE TROUGH MOVES INTO THE ROCKY MOUNTAINS AND CENTRAL
PLAIN STATES. THE ASSOCIATED COLD FRONT MOVES INTO THE LOWER TEXAS
COASTAL WATERS FRIDAY AFTERNOON OR EVENING TURNING WINDS TO THE
NORTHEAST AT MODERATE LEVELS WITH SEAS SEEING A MODEST INCREASE.
AT THIS TIME SMALL CRAFT ADVISORIES ARE NOT FORECAST FOR FRIDAY OR
SATURDAY HOWEVER CONDITIONS COULD APPROACH THE UPPER LIMITS OF
EXERCISE CAUTION LEVELS. SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS TO INCREASE AS
THE FRONT MOVES INTO THE COASTAL WATERS.
