TODAY.  OTHERWISE, TEMPERATURES WILL REMAIN ABOVE NORMAL OVER MOST
OF SOUTHEAST NEW MEXICO AND WEST TEXAS THROUGH THE WEEKEND.  SINCE
MINIMUM RH/S WILL GENERALLY STAY ABOVE 15 PERCENT EACH AFTERNOON
INTO EARLY NEXT WEEK, AND 20 FOOT WINDS WILL STAY BELOW 20 MPH
