ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON AKST TODAY.

* LOCATION...IN THE BERING STRAIT.

* WIND CHILL VALUES...TO 55 BELOW.

* TIMING...COLD WIND CHILLS WILL CONTINUE THROUGH NOON TODAY.
  CONDITIONS WILL BECOME LESS SEVERE THIS AFTERNOON AS
  TEMPERATURES INCREASE.

* IMPACTS...EXPOSED FLESH CAN FREEZE IN A SHORT TIME RESULTING
  IN FROSTBITE.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A WIND CHILL ADVISORY MEANS THAT LOW WIND CHILLS WITH SUSTAINED
WIND SPEEDS OF 15 MPH OR MORE ARE OCCURRING OR EXPECTED. IF
OUTDOORS...COVER EXPOSED SKIN TO PREVENT FROSTBITE.
