.A WINTER STORM MOVING INTO THE CENTRAL PLAINS WILL SPREAD SNOW
INTO NORTH CENTRAL NEBRASKA TONIGHT. STRONG WINDS WILL ACCOMPANY THE
STORM WITH AREAS OF BLOWING SNOW REDUCING VISIBILITIES TO A HALF
MILE AT TIMES. ACCUMULATING SNOW WILL BE POSSIBLE THROUGH TUESDAY.

* TIMING...SNOW...MODERATE AT TIMES WILL MOVE INTO NORTH CENTRAL
  NEBRASKA TONIGHT.

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...ONE TO THREE INCHES OF SNOW ACCUMULATION.

* WIND...NORTHWEST WINDS INCREASING TO 20 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS
  TO 30 MPH.

* IMPACTS...ROADS ARE LIKELY TO BECOME SNOW PACKED TONIGHT WITH
  BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW MAKING TRAVEL HAZARDOUS. STRONG
  NORTHWEST WINDS INTO TUESDAY WILL CONTINUE TO CAUSE BLOWING SNOW
  AND REDUCED VISIBILITIES TO A HALF MILE AT TIMES.
