...SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW CONTINUING THIS MORNING...

.LIGHT TO MODERATE SNOW WILL PERSIST THROUGH MUCH OF THE
MORNING...ESPECIALLY FOR LOCATIONS EAST OF HIGHWAY 83 WHERE AN
ADDITIONAL INCH OF ACCUMULATION IS POSSIBLE. THE SNOW WILL BE
PUSHING EASTWARD WITH THE INTENSITY EXPECTED TO DIMINISH AS THE
MORNING PROGRESSES. ALSO...STRONG NORTH WINDS WILL BLOW THROUGH THE
DAY...LEADING TO BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW WHERE SNOW IS
FALLING...KEEPING TRAVEL CONDITIONS HAZARDOUS.

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...ADDITIONAL ACCUMULATIONS OF UP TO AN INCH.

* WIND...NORTH WINDS OF 15 TO 25 MPH...GUSTING TO 35 MPH.

* IMPACTS...THE COMBINATION OF SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW WILL CAUSE
  REDUCED VISIBILITY OF A HALF MILE OR LESS AT TIMES...ALONG WITH
  DEEP DRIFTING IN PLACES. THIS WILL CAUSE DANGEROUS TRAVEL
  CONDITIONS AND SOME ROADS WILL BECOME IMPASSABLE.
