THE FREEZING RAIN ADVISORY EXPIRED AT 11 AM EST THIS MORNING.

PRECIPITATION WAS EXITING THE STATE TO THE EAST LATE THIS MORNING AND
TEMPERATURES WERE WARMING ABOVE FREEZING...PUTTING AN END TO THE
THREAT OF ADDITIONAL FREEZING RAIN. HOWEVER...WHERE ICE ACCUMULATED
THIS MORNING...IT MAY TAKE UNTIL EARLY THIS AFTERNOON FOR IT TO MELT
AWAY. DRIVERS AND PEDESTRIANS SHOULD REMAIN CAUTIOUS IF TRAVELING.
