FREEZING RAIN ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL MIDNIGHT EST
TONIGHT.

* LOCATIONS...LAUREL HIGHLANDS AND SOUTH CENTRAL MOUNTAINS.

* HAZARD TYPES...FREEZING RAIN

* ICE ACCUMULATIONS...A TRACE OF ICE ACCUMULATION...ESPECIALLY
  ELEVATED ROADWAYS AND OBJECTS.

* TIMING...PATCHY LIGHT FREEZING RAIN DEVELOPING BETWEEN 11 AM AND
  2 PM...BECOMING MORE WIDESPREAD BY LATE AFTERNOON AND CONTINUING
  THROUGH LATE TONIGHT.

* IMPACTS...ELEVATED AND UNTREATED ROADS AND WALKWAYS WILL BECOME
  SLIPPERY... MAKING TRAVEL HAZARDOUS.

* WINDS...SOUTHEAST 5 TO 10 MPH.

* TEMPERATURES...IN THE LOWER 30S.

HAZARDOUS WINTER WEATHER CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED OR OCCURRING.

* HAZARD TYPES...FREEZING RAIN

* TIMING...RAIN AND PATCHY LIGHT FREEZING RAIN IS EXPECTED TO
  DEVELOP BY MID AFTERNOON. THE BEST CHANCE OF FREEZING RAIN IS
  OVER THE HIGHER WESTERN HILLTOPS...AS TEMPERATURES WILL BE
  HOVERING A FEW DEGREES ON EITHER SIDE OF FREEZING. TEMPERATURES
  ARE EXPECTED TO WARM ABOVE FREEZING BY MID EVENING.

* IMPACTS...UNTREATED AND ELEVATED ROADS AND WALKWAYS WILL BECOME
  SLIPPERY.
