* HAZARDS...HEAVY SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW.

* ACCUMULATIONS...7 TO 14 INCHES OF SNOW...HEAVIEST IN EASTERN
  PORTIONS OF PIKE AND SULLIVAN COUNTIES.

* IMPACTS...VERY DIFFICULT TRAVEL ESPECIALLY TONIGHT INTO
  TUESDAY WITH SNOW COVERED ROADS AND LOW VISIBILITY.

* TIMING...SNOW BECOMING HEAVY AT TIMES TONIGHT THROUGH TUESDAY
  AS THE STORM STRENGTHENS.

* TEMPERATURES...MAINLY UPPER TEENS TO LOW 20S.

* WINDS...NORTHEAST 10 TO 20 MPH LATE TODAY INTO TONIGHT...
