THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN JACKSON HAS ISSUED A

* TORNADO WARNING FOR...
  NORTHERN COVINGTON COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST MISSISSIPPI...
  SOUTHEASTERN SIMPSON COUNTY IN CENTRAL MISSISSIPPI...
  SOUTHERN SMITH COUNTY IN CENTRAL MISSISSIPPI...

* UNTIL 545 PM CST

* AT 441 PM CST...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A
  TORNADO WAS LOCATED 5 MILES NORTH OF CLEM...AND MOVING EAST AT 30
  MPH.

  HAZARD...TORNADO.

  SOURCE...RADAR INDICATED ROTATION.

  IMPACT...FLYING DEBRIS WILL BE DANGEROUS TO THOSE CAUGHT WITHOUT
           SHELTER. MOBILE HOMES WILL BE DAMAGED OR DESTROYED. DAMAGE
           TO ROOFS...WINDOWS AND VEHICLES WILL OCCUR. TREE DAMAGE IS
           LIKELY.

* THIS DANGEROUS STORM WILL BE NEAR...
  MAGEE AROUND 450 PM CST.
  MOUNT OLIVE AROUND 455 PM CST.
  TAYLORSVILLE AROUND 520 PM CST.

OTHER LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE MIZE.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

TAKE COVER NOW. MOVE TO AN INTERIOR ROOM ON THE LOWEST FLOOR OF A
STURDY BUILDING. AVOID WINDOWS. IF IN A MOBILE HOME...A VEHICLE OR
OUTDOORS...MOVE TO THE CLOSEST SUBSTANTIAL SHELTER AND PROTECT
YOURSELF FROM FLYING DEBRIS.
