OF THE WARMING REMNANT OF THE DECREASED 1/10 BANDING. THIS SYSTEM IS
TOO WEAK TO CLASSIFY DUE TO DECREASED BANDING AND WILL BE MONITORED FOR
DEVELOPMENT BUT FOR NOW THIS WILL BE THE FINAL BULLETIN.
