POST-TROPICAL CYCLONE IS MOVING TOWARD THE NORTHWEST NEAR 12 MPH...
19 KM/H...AND THIS MOTION IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE UNTIL THE SYSTEM
DISSIPATES WITHIN 36 HOURS.

MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS ARE NEAR 30 MPH...45 KM/H...WITH HIGHER
GUSTS.  THE SYSTEM IS EXPECTED TO DISSIPATE WITHIN 36 HOURS.

THE ESTIMATED MINIMUM CENTRAL PRESSURE IS 1009 MB...29.80 INCHES.
