...RED FLAG WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM NOON TO 5 PM EST TODAY
FOR LEON AND WAKULLA COUNTIES DUE TO LONG DURATIONS OF RELATIVE
HUMIDITY BELOW 28 PERCENT AND ERC VALUES GREATER THAN 37...

.THE RELATIVE HUMIDITY WILL STILL BE QUITE LOW TODAY. THIS COMBINED
WITH ELEVATED ERC VALUES FOR LEON AND WAKULLA COUNTIES WILL LEAD TO
RED FLAG CONDITIONS IN THOSE TWO COUNTIES ONLY. MOISTURE LEVELS
WILL INCREASE LATER IN THE WEEK WITH WIDESPREAD RAIN EXPECTED OVER
THE WEEKEND.

* DURATION BELOW 28 PERCENT...4 TO 6 HOURS.

* ERC VALUES...43 TO 44.

* IMPACTS...ANY FIRES THAT DEVELOP WILL LIKELY SPREAD RAPIDLY.
  OUTDOOR BURNING IS NOT RECOMMENDED.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A RED FLAG WARNING MEANS THAT CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS
ARE EITHER OCCURRING NOW...OR WILL SHORTLY. LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY
WILL ENHANCE FIRE GROWTH POTENTIAL.
