331 AM EDT THU AUG 28 2014

.SYNOPSIS...THE POSSIBILITY OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL RETURN
TO THE HIGHER TERRAIN AREAS OF THE SOUTHERN APPALACHIAN REGION THIS
AFTERNOON AS A WEAK FRONTAL BOUNDARY DRIFTS SOUTH INTO THE AREA.
MOST VALLEY LOCATIONS WILL REMAIN DRY. A VERY SIMILAR DAY IS
EXPECTED FOR FRIDAY...BEFORE RAINFALL COVERAGE INCREASES ACROSS THE
AREA THROUGH THE WEEKEND.
