NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE MORRISTOWN TN
315 AM EDT THU OCT 30 2014

.SYNOPSIS...A BRIEF PERIOD OF HIGHER PRESSURE AND DRY AIR WILL ALLOW
FOR A PLEASANT DAY TODAY WITH QUITE A BIT OF SUNSHINE. HOWEVER... A
STRONG COLD FRONT WILL MOVE INTO THE REGION ON HALLOWEEN...BRINGING
A COLD WIND AND LIGHT RAIN. TEMPERATURES WILL BE COLD ENOUGH FOR
SNOWFALL ACROSS THE MOUNTAINS OF SOUTHWEST VIRGINIA AND ALONG THE
NORTH CAROLINA STATE LINE. IT WILL FEEL LIKE WINTER ON SATURDAY WITH
HIGH TEMPERATURES ABOUT 15 TO 20 DEGREES BELOW NORMAL. IT WILL NOT
BE QUITE AS COLD ON SUNDAY BUT WILL STILL BE ABOUT 10 TO 15 DEGREES
BELOW NORMAL FOR EARLY NOVEMBER.
