.SYNOPSIS...A LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM WILL TRACK NORTHEAST NEAR THE EAST
COAST TONIGHT AND WEDNESDAY...SPREADING MOSTLY LIGHT RAIN ACROSS THE
LOWER ELEVATIONS AND SOME LIGHT SNOWFALL FOR HIGHER ELEVATIONS OF
THE SOUTHERN APPALACHIANS. AN UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE WILL BRING
MORE CLOUDS AND A CHANCE OF RAIN OR SNOW BY WEDNESDAY NIGHT AND
THANKSGIVING DAY.
