WILL BUILD OVER THE GREAT LAKES TONIGHT...AND BECOME CENTERED OVER
THE AREA BY THURSDAY MORNING. A WEAK UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE WILL
BRIEFLY DISPLACE THIS HIGH THURSDAY NIGHT BUT A SECOND AREA OF HIGH
PRESSURE WILL BUILD BACK IN FOR THE END OF THE WEEK.
