A STRONG UPPER LEVEL TROUGH OVER THE CENTRAL ROCKIES WILL MOVE EAST
TONIGHT INTO THE CENTRAL PLAINS. MEANWHILE, A SURFACE TROUGH OF LOW
PRESSURE WILL PERSIST ALONG THE LEE SIDE OF THE ROKIES TONIGHT.
