AN UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE IS EXPECTED TO AFFECT THE CENTRAL PLAINS
OVERNIGHT AND BRING A ROUND OF HEAVY RAINS TO THE PLAINS. SURFACE
TROUGHING ON THE LEE SIDE OF THE ROCKIES WILL SLOWLY MOVE INTO
WESTERN KANSAS TONIGHT BEFORE SINKING INTO THE TEXAS PANHANDLE BY
WEDNESDAY.
