THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN WILMINGTON NC HAS ISSUED A

* SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING FOR...
  SOUTHERN MARLBORO COUNTY IN NORTHEAST SOUTH CAROLINA
  NORTHEASTERN DARLINGTON COUNTY IN NORTHEAST SOUTH CAROLINA

* UNTIL 130 AM EDT

* AT 1237 AM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING DAMAGING WINDS IN
  EXCESS OF 60 MPH.  THIS STORM WAS LOCATED 10 MILES NORTHEAST OF
  HARTSVILLE...AND MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 20 MPH.

* LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO...
   DOVESVILLE...
   MONT CLARE...
   MECHANICSVILLE...
   BROWNSVILLE...

MORE DANGEROUS THUNDERSTORMS MAY DEVELOP AND AFFECT OTHER COMMUNITIES
IN THE WARNED AREA.
