          necessary officials are working to take care of these incidents.

          FLOWING WELLS REST AREA CLOSED DUE TO CONSTRUCTION starting on August 29, 2014
          at 10:20 AM
          REST AREA IS CURRENTLY CLOSED DUE TO CONSTRUCTION - WE WILL UPDATE WHEN THE
          CONSTRUCTION OF THE NEW REST AREA IS COMPLETED.
