HOT TEMPERATURES WILL CONTINUE ACROSS THE AREA THIS WEEK WITH
ABOVE NORMAL TEMPERATURES EXPECTED. AFTERNOON HIGHS WILL RANGE
BETWEEN 98 AND 103 DEGREES EACH DAY...WITH HEAT INDICES AS HIGH
AS 104 DEGREES. THE HOT TEMPERATURES WILL INCREASE THE RISK FOR
HEAT RELATED ILLNESS. PETS AND THE ELDERLY WILL BE ESPECIALLY AT
RISK.

* IF OUTSIDE FOR PROLONGED PERIODS OF TIME...DRINK PLENTY OF WATER.

* WEAR LIGHT-WEIGHT...LOOSE-FITTING...LIGHT-COLORED CLOTHING IF POSSIBLE.

* FREQUENTLY CHECK ON YOUR PETS AND THE ELDERLY.

* CONTINUE TO MONITOR THE LATEST FORECASTS...AND ANY POSSIBLE
  CHANGES IN THE FORECAST..THROUGH YOUR LOCAL MEDIA OUTLETS.
