HERE IS A SPECIAL WEATHER STATEMENT FROM THE NATIONAL WEATHER
SERVICE...

FOR ELEVATIONS MOSTLY ABOVE 3000 FEET...A LIGHT COATING OF SNOW IS
LIKELY THIS MORNING. TEMPERATURES ARE AT...OR SLIGHTLY BELOW...
FREEZING ACROSS THIS HIGH TERRAIN. PATCHY FREEZING DRIZZLE AND
POOR ROAD VISIBILITY IN FOG MAY ALSO BE SEEN ALONG THE RIDGE TOPS.

UNTREATED ROADS COULD BE SLIPPERY ACROSS THE HIGH GROUND. BE PREPARED
FOR WINTRY CONDITIONS...IF YOU ARE TRAVELING ACROSS THESE CENTRAL
WEST VIRGINIA MOUNTAIN COUNTIES THIS MORNING.
