DENSE FOG IS STILL BEING REPORTED ACROSS PORTIONS OF SOUTHEAST
PENNSYLVANIA AND NORTHERN NEW JERSEY. AREA WEBCAMS HELP TO CONFIRM
THE ROADWAY VISIBILITY RESTRICTIONS THIS MORNING. DRIVERS SHOULD
REDUCE SPEED AND USE LOW BEAM HEADLIGHTS IN RAPIDLY CHANGING
VISIBILITIES. CONDITIONS WILL IMPROVE OVER THE NEXT HOUR.
