PATCHY DENSE FOG CAN BE EXPECTED THIS MORNING. THE FOG WILL LIMIT
VISIBILITY TO ONE QUARTER OF A MILE OR LESS AT TIMES. EXTRA
CAUTION SHOULD BE USED WHILE DRIVING.
