EXTREME EASTERN NEBRASKA THIS MORNING...

AREAS OF ONE QUARTER MILE VISIBILITY CONTINUE TO BE
REPORTED IN AND AROUND WOODBINE IOWA. IF YOU ARE TRAVELING ACROSS
THIS AREA THIS MORNING ALLOW EXTRA TIME TO REACH YOUR DESTINATION
AND BE PREPARED FOR POOR VISIBILITY. CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED TO
SLOWLY IMPROVE BY MIDDAY.
