A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WAS LOCATED OVER CENTRAL PECOS COUNTY AT 353 PM
CDT. THE STORM WAS NEARLY STATIONARY. THIS STORM WILL BE CAPABLE OF
PRODUCING STRONG OUTFLOW WINDS ALONG WITH SMALL HAIL.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
