PATCHY DENSE FOG WILL AFFECT PORTIONS OF THE NORTHERN PIEDMONT
THIS MORNING. VISIBILITIES WILL BE REDUCED TO ONE QUARTER MILE OR
LESS AT TIMES WHICH WILL CAUSE HAZARDOUS TRAVEL. FOG IS EXPECTED
TO DISSIPATE BY 9 AM THIS MORNING.
