...PATCHY DENSE FOG OVERNIGHT...

PATCHY DENSE FOG WILL DEVELOP IN THE NORTHERN SHENANDOAH VALLEY
AND PORTIONS OF NORTH-CENTRAL MARYLAND WHERE BREAKS IN THE CLOUDS
HAVE OCCURRED. VISIBILITIES COULD BE LOCALLY REDUCED TO ONE-
QUARTER MILE AT TIMES. BE PREPARED FOR SUDDEN REDUCTIONS IN
VISIBILITY WHEN TRAVELING OVERNIGHT...INCLUDING THOSE DRIVERS
USING INTERSTATE 81. USE LOW-BEAM HEADLIGHTS AND REDUCE SPEED.
