INCLUDING THE CITIES OF...ROCKFORD...BELVIDERE...OREGON...DIXON...

AREAS OF FOG HAVE DEVELOPED EARLY THIS MORNING WEST OF INTERSTATE
39 BETWEEN ROCKFORD AND LA SALLE. IN A FEW LOCATIONS OF
LEE...OGLE...AND WINNEBAGO COUNTIES PATCHY DENSE FOG IS POSSIBLE
WITH VISIBILITIES REDUCED TO LESS THAN ONE QUARTER OF A MILE. FOG
IS EXPECTED TO SLOWLY LIFT AFTER SUNRISE. IF TRAVELING IN THESE
PORTIONS OF NORTHERN ILLINOIS...BE PREPARED TO ENCOUNTER REDUCED
VISIBILITIES DURING THE MORNING COMMUTE.
