...HEAVY DOWPOURS IN KEY LARGO...

AT 445 AM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE METEOROLOGISTS DETECTED A
NEARLY STATIONARY CLUSTER OF THUNDERSTORMS NEAR ROCK HARBOR AND KEY
LARGO. RADAR ESTIMATES FROM KAMX AND KBYX INDICATE NEARLY TWO INCHES
OF RAIN HAS FALLEN OVER PORTIONS OF THE UPPER KEYS...FROM MILE MARKER
100 THROUGH MILE MARKER 110 OF U S HIGHWAY ONE. ADDITIONAL RAINFAL
TOTALS UP TO AN INCH ARE LIKELY THROUGH 600 AM EDT.

PONDING OF WATER ON ROADS AND LOW LYING PARKING LOTS IS LIKELY ACROSS
PORTIONS OF THE UPPER KEYS EARLY THIS MORNING.
