   LETCHER...
   EAST CENTRAL PERRY AND
   EXTREME SOUTHWESTERN PIKE.

AT 645 AM EDT...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WAS LOCATED NEAR DIRK...OR 8
MILES SOUTH OF HINDMAN...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 40 MPH.

LOCATIONS AFFECTED INCLUDE...BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO...ISOM AROUND 650
AM EDT...BELLCRAFT AROUND 655 AM EDT...ERMINE AROUND 700 AM EDT...
EOLIA AROUND 705 AM EDT...GASKILL AROUND 710 AM EDT...

RESIDENTS SHOULD EXPECT VERY HEAVY RAIN...WITH RAINFALL RATES OF UP
TO 2 INCHES PER HOUR...GUSTY WINDS OF 40 TO 50 MPH...FREQUENT
LIGHTNING AND POSSIBLY SMALL HAIL IN THESE AREAS.

THE HEAVY RAIN WILL LIKELY CAUSE PONDING OF WATER ON AREA ROADWAYS.
MOTORISTS ARE URGED TO DRIVE CAREFULLY.
