AREAS OF FOG WILL BEGIN TO MOVE INTO NORTON COUNTY FROM THE
NORTHWEST BY 11 AM CDT...WITH VISIBILITIES DROPPING BELOW ONE
MILE. A FEW LOCATIONS COULD SEE VISIBILITIES AS LOW AS ONE QUARTER
MILE OR LESS. CONDITIONS WILL THEN BEGIN TO IMPROVE BY EARLY
AFTERNOON AS THIS FOG DISSIPATES. TRAVELERS SHOULD BE PREPARED FOR
SUDDEN RESTRICTIONS IN VISIBILITIES OVER SHORT DISTANCES.
