WINDS WILL SHIFT TO THE EAST NORTHEAST...BRIEFLY GUSTING UP TO 45
MPH AS A THUNDERSTORM OUTFLOW BOUNDARY SLIDES TO THE SOUTH ACROSS THE
AREA. THE STRONGEST WINDS WILL PERSIST THROUGH 130 PM MDT (230
PM CDT)...BEFORE WINDS BECOME SOUTHEASTERLY AT 10 TO 20 MPH.
