ALTHOUGH DENSE FOG IS NOT CURRENTLY EXPECTED TO BECOME AS
WIDESPREAD AS IN COUNTIES FARTHER TO THE NORTH AND WEST...AT
LEAST LOCALIZED POCKETS OF FOG REDUCING VISIBILITIES TO 1/2 MILE
OR LESS COULD DEVELOP THIS MORNING IN AND NEAR THE
YORK...GENEVA...HEBRON...MANKATO AND BELOIT AREAS. MOTORISTS ARE
URGED TO USE CAUTION THIS MORNING ON THE MORNING COMMUTE...AND BE
PREPARED FOR THE POTENTIAL FOR RAPIDLY CHANGING AND REDUCED
VISIBILITIES.
