 * PATCHY DENSE FOG WILL IMPACT SOUTHEASTERN MICHIGAN DURING THE
   MORNING COMMUTE.

IMPACTS...

 * THE FOG WILL RESULT IN RAPID REDUCTIONS OF VISIBILITY TO LESS
   THAN ONE MILE.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

 * PATCHY FOG MEANS AREAL COVERAGE OR DURATION OF THE FOG WILL
