PATCHY DENSE FOG WILL AFFECT THE LOWER SUSQUEHANNA VALLEY EARLY
THIS MORNING...WITH REDUCTIONS IN VISIBILITY TO BELOW A HALF
MILE. MOTORISTS SHOULD USE CAUTION AND BE PREPARED FOR SUDDEN
CHANGES IN VISIBILITY AND INCREASED TRAVEL TIME. IF YOU ENCOUNTER
DENSE FOG...DRIVE SLOWLY WITH LOW BEAM HEADLIGHTS AND KEEP A SAFE
FOLLOWING DISTANCE.
