PATCHY...LIGHT FREEZING RAIN IS POSSIBLE THIS AFTERNOON. SURFACE
TEMPERATURES REMAIN NEAR OR SLIGHTLY BELOW FREEZING IN SPOTS.
COMBINED WITH SCATTERED SHOWERS ACROSS THE AREA...THIS COULD
CREATE SOME SLICK SPOTS ON ROADWAYS AND OTHER UNTREATED SURFACES.
