...STRONG THUNDERSTORM MOVING TOWARD ERIE COUNTY...

* AT 1129 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  STRONG THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING GUSTY WINDS UP TO 45 MPH
  AND BRIEF HEAVY DOWNPOURS. THIS STORM WAS LOCATED 17 MILES WEST OF
  ANGOLA...AND MOVING EAST AT 35 MPH.

THIS STORM WILL MOVE ONSHORE IN CENTRAL ERIE COUNTY AROUND MIDNIGHT
AND BRING GUSTY WINDS AND HEAVY RAIN TO PORTIONS OF THE BUFFALO
METRO AREA...INCLUDING HAMBURG...LACKAWANNA...WEST SENECA...AND THE
CITY OF BUFFALO.

THIS STORM HAS THE POTENTIAL TO PRODUCE VERY HEAVY RAIN...AND COULD
CAUSE LOCALIZED MINOR FLOODING OF ROADS AND POOR DRAINAGE AREAS.
