...PATCHY FREEZING DRIZZLE OR WET SNOW POSSIBLE ACROSS HIGHER
TERRAIN...

SOME PATCHY FREEZING DRIZZLE OR WET SNOW FLAKES ARE POSSIBLE
ACROSS THE HIGHEST HILL TOPS OF THE SOUTHERN TIER AND BRISTOL
HILLS THIS MORNING. TEMPERATURES HAVE DROPPED TO NEAR FREEZING
ACROSS THE HIGHER TERRAIN WITH LIGHT PRECIPITATION SHOWING UP ON
RADAR. NO ACCUMULATION IS EXPECTED BUT SOME SLICK SPOTS MAY
DEVELOP ON AREA ROADS BEFORE SUNRISE WHERE FREEZING DRIZZLE IS
PRESENT.
