...SPECIAL WEATHER STATEMENT...

AT 6 AM...A BAND OF LIGHT SNOW HAS FORMED OVER THE CHAMPLAIN
VALLEY AND WILL PERSIST THROUGH THE MORNING COMMUTE. THE
COMBINATION OF SNOW AND GUSTY NORTH WINDS WILL CREATE AREAS OF
BLOWING SNOW WHICH WILL REDUCE VISIBILITIES TO 1 MILE OR LESS AT
TIMES, CREATING LOCALLY DIFFICULT DRIVING CONDITIONS THROUGH THE
EARLY MORNING HOURS. SNOWFALL WILL BE LIGHT WITH GENERALLY AN INCH
OR LESS OF SNOW ACCUMULATION EXPECTED THROUGH 9 AM.
