TRAVELLERS EARLY THIS MORNING ACROSS THE COASTAL PLAINS OF
SOUTHEAST MASSACHUSETTS AND RHODE ISLAND SHOULD BE WARY OF PATCHY
DENSE FOG REDUCING VISIBILTY TO ONE QUARTER MILE OR LESS IN A VERY
SHORT TIME. THESE PATCHES OF FOG SHOULD DIMINISH FAIRLY QUICKLY
AFTER SUNRISE...WITH NO VISIBILITY RESTRICTIONS EXPECTED BY 8 AM
EDT.
