PATCHY FOG OVER PORTIONS OF SOUTHWEST...SOUTH CENTRAL...AND
SOUTHEAST NORTH DAKOTA WILL CONTINUE TO REDUCE VISIBILITIES TO
UNDER ONE HALF MILE AT TIMES. TRAVELERS ALONG INTERSTATE 94 IN THE
BEACH...DICKINSON...BISMARCK...AND JAMESTOWN AREAS SHOULD REMAIN
ALERT TO RAPIDLY REDUCING VISIBILITIES. THE FOG SHOULD DISSIPATE
BY MID MORNING.
