...HEAVY SNOW EXPECTED FOR THE LATE MORNING AND EARLY
AFTERNOON PERIOD...

SNOWFALL RATES OF 1 TO 2 INCHES PER HOUR ARE LIKELY TO PREVAIL
THROUGH AT LEAST 2 PM...ESPECIALLY IN NARROW INTENSE SNOWFALL
BANDS...AND OVER THE HIGHER TERRAIN.

TOTAL ADDITIONAL SNOWFALL BETWEEN 10 AM AND 2 PM SHOULD AVERAGE 3
TO 5 INCHES...WITH LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS.
