THROUGH 8 AM...AREAS OF DENSE FOG WILL BE SEEN ACROSS PARTS OF
WESTERN WISCONSIN. THIS FOG WILL REDUCE VISIBILITIES TO LESS THAN
A QUARTER OF A MILE IN SOME LOCATIONS.
