...DENSE FOG IN THE WISCONSIN AND KICKAPOO RIVER VALLEYS THIS
MORNING...

THROUGH 10 AM...AREAS OF DENSE FOG WILL REDUCE VISIBILITIES TO
A QUARTER MILE OR LESS IN THE WISCONSIN AND KICKAPOO RIVER
VALLEYS. THIS FOG WILL RAPIDLY DISSIPATE BETWEEN 10 AND 11 AM.

IF TRAVELING THROUGH RIVER VALLEYS THIS MORNING...BE PREPARED FOR
FOG THAT COULD SUDDENLY REDUCE VISIBILITIES TO 1/4 MILE OR LESS.
EXPECT THE FOG TO DISSIPATE BY 10 AM. SLOW DOWN AND ALLOW EXTRA
TIME TO REACH YOUR DESTINATION.
