...STRONG AND GUSTY WINDS DURING THE OVERNIGHT HOURS...

NORTHWEST TO NORTH WINDS OF 20 TO 25 MPH...GUSTING TO 30 TO 35 MPH
WILL BE COMMON ACROSS THE AREA DURING THE OVERNIGHT HOURS. LOCAL
GUSTS UP TO 40 MPH ARE POSSIBLE THROUGH ABOUT 3 AM.

THESE WINDS MAY MAKE DRIVING DIFFICULT...ESPECIALLY FOR LIGHT
WEIGHT OR HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES TRAVELING ON EAST-WEST ROADWAYS.
USE CAUTION IF TRAVELING EARLY THIS MORNING. LIGHTWEIGHT OBJECTS
LIKE PATIO AND LAWN FURNITURE AND TRASH CANS CAN ALSO BE BLOWN
AROUND. RECENTLY FALLEN LEAVES WILL BE BLOWING EVERYWHERE AS WELL.
