AREAS OF DENSE FOG HAVE DEVELOPED OVERNIGHT. ALTHOUGH THIS FOG IS
NOT EXPECTED TO BE WIDESPREAD...THERE WILL BE AREAS OF LESS THAN A
QUARTER OF A MILE OF VISIBILITY.

PERSONS DRIVING THIS MORNING SHOULD BE PREPARED FOR RAPIDLY
FLUCTUATING VISIBILITY...TO IN AND OUT OF DENSE FOG.
