PATCHY DENSE FOG HAS DEVELOPED ACROSS PORTIONS OF NORTHERN LOWER
MICHIGAN EARLY THIS MORNING. THIS FOG HAS LOCALLY REDUCED
VISIBILITIES TO LESS THAN ONE QUARTER MILE. USE EXTRA CAUTION WHEN
TRAVELING THIS MORNING AS VISIBILITIES MAY CHANGE RAPIDLY. THE FOG
WILL THIN BY MID MORNING.
