LOCALLY DENSE FOG WILL CAUSE VISIBILITIES TO OCCASIONALLY DROP TO
BETWEEN ONE QUARTER AND ONE HALF MILE OVER PORTIONS OF THE EASTERN
OKLAHOMA AND TEXAS PANHANDLES THROUGH 9 AM. USE LOW BEAM HEADLIGHTS
AND REDUCE YOUR SPEED IN THESE AREAS THIS MORNING.
