SNOW...HEAVY AT TIMES...CONTINUES OVER THE GREATER CAPITAL
REGION...EASTERN CATSKILLS...MID HUDSON VALLEY...AND LAKE GEORGE
SARATOGA REGION. ALL AREAS WILL SEE SNOWFALL RATES OF AROUND A
HALF INCH PER HOUR WITH LOCALIZED BANDS OF HEAVY SNOW YIELDING
BRIEF SNOW BURSTS NEAR 2 INCHES PER HOUR...AND NEAR WHITEOUT
CONDITIONS. UP TO 2 INCHES OF SNOW IS POSSIBLE THROUGH MIDNIGHT.
THIS SNOW WILL BE A DRYER AND FLUFFIER SNOW. AFTER MIDNIGHT...
LIGHT SNOW CAN BE EXPECTED WITH LITTLE ADDITIONAL ACCUMULATION
THROUGH THE EARLY MORNING HOURS.

SNOW COVERED ROADWAYS WILL CAUSE SLIPPERY DRIVING CONDITIONS
ACCOMPANIED BY POOR VISIBILITIES. UNLESS AN EMERGENCY...PLEASE DO
NOT TRAVEL ON THE ROADWAYS...AND IF TRAVELING...PLEASE KEEP
