PATCHY DENSE FOG PRODUCING VISIBILITIES TO LESS THAN ONE QUARTER
OF A MILE WILL IMPACT MOTORISTS ACROSS EASTERN NEW YORK AND
WESTERN NEW ENGLAND. THE MOST FAVORABLE LOCATIONS INCLUDE LOW
LYING AREAS AND NEAR BODIES OF WATER. MOTORISTS ARE URGED TO WATCH FOR
SUDDEN CHANGES IN VISIBILITIES...UTILIZE LOW BEAM HEADLIGHTS...AND
LEAVE PLENTY OF ROOM BETWEEN NEIGHBORING MOTORISTS. VISIBILITIES
WILL QUICKLY IMPROVE THROUGH THE EARLY MORNING HOURS.
